3. User Obligations
As a user of Portion Control Delivery, you agree to:

4. Payment and Refunds

Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered for meals not delivered or meals that arrive damaged. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Once meals have been consumed or significantly altered, refunds cannot be issued. Custom-prepared meals are non-refundable once prepared, except in cases of delivery failure or damage.
Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel meal plans at any time. Cancellations must be made before the cutoff date specified for each delivery cycle. Cancellations made after the cutoff date may result in charges for the current cycle.
5. Delivery Terms
Portion Control Delivery operates within București and specified surrounding areas. Delivery schedules are provided during checkout and confirmed in your order details. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Traffic accidents or infrastructure issues
- Incorrect or inaccessible delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Customer unavailability at the specified delivery time
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address during the delivery window.
6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
